Tim responded to us first to repair our system. Compressor was shot and Tim tried multiple ways to kick start it. Due to age and improvements to the equipment, I preferred to replace the system and Tim was very knowledgeable and made a reasonable recommendation.. Andrew, Trace and Logan arrived and did a very professional installation in the hottest of environments. I was then given a tour of the system and shown the changes made to improve our reliability. Kudos to Polar Bear Services.

I just want to say that Houston the Tech that was sent out to my house to change a coil in my AC unit did an amazing job. He was very professional and when all was done he even vacuum and made sure my humidifier was put back….

John came out to check our furnace which we thought may have smelled gas, but since Covid my smell isn't working, VERY DANGEROUS!
He checked everything including air, and cleaned everything so nicely. We got on the plan so that they come out every 6 months or sooner if needed and save 15% on parts.
I trust them very much. John explained everything to us about maintenance of the unit and filters.
We just bought this new place and it wasn't kept up very well.

When our heat went out I called and within 1 day I had an appointment scheduled and heat was restored. Even though the issue itself needed farther work the guy who came to work on it for us was able to get it running for us in the meantime.
