Had a catastrophic failure of our sceptic system at 7 PM and Polar Bear Services had a plumber out that night in under an hour. They replaced our sceptic line efficiently and for a very reasonable price. Furthermore, the folks they have working for them are straightforward, trustworthy, friendly and honest professionals!

My AC took a dump. This business was at my home to repair within 3 hours. My issue was resolved 1st trip.Braedon Keith was the tech that came to repair. I just want to say that Houston the Tech that was sent out to my house to change a coil in my AC unit did an amazing job. He was very professional and when all was done he even vacuum and made sure my humidifier was put back….OUTSTANDING JOB HOUSTON.
John came out to check our furnace which we thought may have smelled gas, but since Covid my smell isn't working, VERY DANGEROUS!He checked everything including air, and cleaned everything so nicely. We got on the plan so that they come out every 6 months or sooner if needed and save 15% on parts.I trust them very much. John explained everything to us about maintenance of the unit and filters.We just bought this new place and it wasn't kept up very well.Thank you very much. This reflects well on the owners.

When our heat went out I called and within 1 day I had an appointment scheduled and heat was restored. Even though the issue itself needed farther work the guy who came to work on it for us was able to get it running for us in the meantime. The professionalism and honesty without trying to just make a buck that was my experience seals the deal for this company being the only one I will ever use and refer to anyone else. We used Polar Bear to help us with maintenance and issues we were having with an older ac unit. We eventually had them replace it and put in a new HVAC system for us. They have always been prompt, reliable, professional, and fair. They are very knowledgeable and did a great job for us. We have referred them to family and neighbors who were also pleased with the quality of work.
William and his team have done work on all my rental and personal properties and have always been honest professional and the best.
